Since when have I become the finance department? From the time I got back to work till now, I have been sorting out academics overload teaching payments. Trust a person who still counts with her fingers to work out pay. But honestly, by the grace of God and maybe some common sense, I managed to work them out. I have 4 more to go. Aiming to finish them by end of the month. Or hopefully earlier.
Where has the year gone?! I seriously felt like this is the shortest year ever. I think it helped that I was on holidays for quite a bit this year. Went to Sydney for New Years, HK and Malaysia in March, Sydney on my birthday and then the US in Oct. What a life! Hahaha, I only can do it when young and without a mortgage.
Next year will probably be a little drought with my travel plans. The furthest place I am possibly going is Grampians for Easter. Sad but true. Unless, the boy gives me another surprise? I can never know with him... :)
My plans for next year.. I have no idea except for the fact that I am challenged to do some new things, or maybe have the confidence to ride a bike again? Iris - borrow your bike? But where to ride? Hmmmmm....And maybe take up a new short course? One of my academic asked me to take up an MBA. To be honest, the thought of exams and assignments freaks me out. I have invigilated two exams/tests and I felt so sorry for the 'kids'. I so don't want to be in that position again! :P Enough of 'real' studying.
While I continue procastinating, I promise I'll upload some USA photos very soon...Back to work!
